# 3. Employees report

## USER GUIDE: EMPLOYEE REPORT FEATURE

* System: Biglead CRM
* Objective: To assist management in closely monitoring two core personnel workflows: Chat/Response Staff (responsible for engagement and lead generation) and Sales Staff (responsible for consultations, closing orders, and generating revenue). Data can be viewed separately or aggregated depending on your business's organizational structure.

### SECTION 1: EMPLOYEE RESPONSE REPORT

This section evaluates the productivity and quality of initial lead intake by chat and response personnel across all integrated channels.

#### 1.1. Input Filters

* No Page Group Selected: Filters data by specific Fanpage groups or specialized sales channels.
* By Employee: Displays data for the entire system or filters down to individual support personnel.
* Timeframe Filter: Selects a custom date range (From Date - To Date) to generate reports, then click \[Reset/Apply].

#### 1.2. Key Summary Cards (Dashboard Overview)

* Total Responses: The total volume of incoming interactions, calculated as *Messages + Comments + Messages from Comments*.
* Phone Numbers Generated: The total number of phone numbers collected (successful Leads generated by the staff member).
* Closed Orders: The total number of orders successfully closed directly during the response process.
* Average Response Time: Total time taken to reply to customers divided by the number of interactions. *This metric is critical for evaluating the speed and efficiency of page operators.*

#### 1.3. Visual Charts

* Response Rate by Interaction Type: A donut chart displaying the exact percentage (%) and volume of interactions handled by each employee (e.g., An An HR accounts for 36.36%, thangld accounts for 30.91%).
* Response Speed Ranking: A horizontal bar chart illustrating the response speed of employees. This helps management instantly identify the fastest responders for recognition or shift optimization.

#### 1.4. Detailed Employee Response Performance Table

* Supporting Features:
  * Click the \[Select Column] button to toggle the visibility of specific metrics.
  * Click the \[Export Excel] button to download the entire dataset for audit purposes.
* Table Columns Breakdown: Tracks and compares productivity among personnel based on: `Employee`, `Messages from Comments`, `Comments`, `Comment Reply Sessions`, `Messages`, `Total Leads`, `Phone Numbers Generated`, `Phone Number / New Lead Rate (%)`, `Closed Orders`, `Average Response Time`, `Order / Phone Number Rate`, `Order / Session Rate`, and `Response Rate (%)`.

### SECTION 2: SALES EMPLOYEE REPORT (SALES PERFORMANCE)

This section focuses exclusively on business outcomes, actual revenue generated, and the closing quality of telesales/sales personnel. Order data is credited based on which employee creates the order on a specific Fanpage, or via orders created directly through their personal system accounts.

#### 2.1. Revenue and Status Tag Charts

* Employees by Revenue: A horizontal bar chart displaying the actual revenue generated across the entire system or broken down by individual sales employees (e.g., System Total Revenue: 60,840,000 VND).
* Employee Report by Status: A chart visualizing the distribution of customer status tags (Processing, Interested, Potential, Uncontacted...) corresponding to the assigned color groups of each staff member. This shows you exactly how many leads an employee is managing and their current pipeline status.

#### 2.2. Detailed Sales Performance Tracking Table

The system categorizes the sales performance report into logical, structural data blocks:

* New Customers Block: Includes metrics such as: `Phone Numbers Received`, `Orders from New Customers`, `Closing / Phone Number Rate (%)`, `New Customer Revenue`, and `Average Order Value (New Customers)`.
* Existing Customers Block: Includes metrics such as: `Orders from Existing Customers`, `Existing Customer Revenue`, and `Average Order Value (Existing Customers)`.
* Summary Block (New + Existing Customers): Monitors overall performance across ad campaigns via: `Total Orders`, `Revenue from Active Ads`, `Total Revenue`, `Average / Order Value`, and `Orders`.
* Returned & Canceled Orders Block: Measures operational risk and business health based on: `Returned Orders`, `Returned Revenue`, `Return Rate = Returned Orders / Total Orders (%)`, `Canceled Orders`, `Canceled Revenue`, and `Cancel Rate = Canceled Orders / Total Orders (%)`.
