## Customer Report User Guide in Biglead CRM

### 1. What is the Customer Report?

The **Customer Report** is a feature in Biglead CRM that provides a comprehensive overview of customer data. It enables businesses to monitor customer acquisition, engagement levels, customer processing status, and employee performance through intuitive reports and visual charts.

The report consolidates real-time data from all platforms connected to Biglead CRM, including Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok, Instagram, Website, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other integrated channels.

With this feature, businesses can:

* Monitor the number of newly generated customers.
* Evaluate customer engagement levels.
* Analyze customer behavior across different channels.
* Track customer processing statuses.
* Measure the performance of individual employees.
* Make data-driven business decisions.

## 2. Accessing the Customer Report

To access the Customer Report:

**Step 1:** Log in to Biglead CRM.

**Step 2:** From the left navigation menu, select **CRM**.

**Step 3:** Click **Customers**.

**Step 4:** Select **Customer Report**.

The system will display four report categories:

* Customer Overview Report
* Customer Interaction Report
* Customer Status Report
* Customer Report by Employee

## 3. Report Filters

Before viewing the report, you can apply filters to display data that matches your reporting needs.

### Page Group

Select a Page Group containing multiple connected Pages or accounts.

Once selected, the report will display data only for the chosen Page Group.

### Page

After selecting a Page Group, you can choose a specific Page or account to view detailed statistics.

If no Page is selected, the report will include data from all Pages within the selected Page Group.

### Date Range

Choose the reporting period.

Available options include:

* Today
* Yesterday
* Last 7 Days
* Last 30 Days
* This Month
* Last Month
* Custom Date Range

Whenever the date range is changed, all charts and statistics are updated automatically.

### Reset

Click **Reset** to clear all applied filters and restore the report to its default view.

## 4. Customer Overview Report

The **Customer Overview Report** provides a high-level summary of customer growth and engagement during the selected reporting period.

### New Phone Numbers

Displays the total number of new customer phone numbers (new leads) generated during the selected period.

This metric helps businesses evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts.

### Existing Customer Interactions

Displays the total number of interactions from existing customers already stored in the CRM.

These interactions include:

* Messages
* Comments
* Customer responses across connected platforms

This metric helps measure the effectiveness of customer retention and ongoing customer care activities.

### New Customer Interactions

Displays the total number of interactions initiated by newly acquired customers.

This indicator helps evaluate how effectively new leads are engaging with your business and progressing through the sales funnel.

### Customer Growth Chart

This chart visualizes customer growth over time.

It enables businesses to:

* Track customer growth trends.
* Identify peak customer acquisition periods.

### Customer Interaction Chart (Messages & Comments)

This line chart displays the daily number of:

* Messages
* Comments

within the selected reporting period.

The report helps businesses:

* Monitor customer engagement trends.
* Identify peak interaction periods.
* Compare messages and comments.
* Schedule customer support staff during high-traffic periods.

### Interaction Distribution Chart

This pie chart illustrates the proportion of customer interactions by type:

* Messages
* Comments

For example:

* Messages: 80%
* Comments: 20%

This report helps businesses understand customers' preferred communication channels and optimize customer service workflows.

### Customer Interaction Behavior Chart

This report summarizes various customer interaction behaviors, including:

* New customers
* Customers who sent messages
* Customers who left comments
* Returning customers
* Other customer engagement activities

## 6. Customer Status Report

The **Customer Status Report** provides an overview of customers based on their current sales or customer service status.

After selecting one or more statuses, the system generates the corresponding statistical charts.
