# 1. Pages report

## 1. What is the Pages Report?

The **Pages Report** is a feature that enables businesses to monitor all customer interaction activities across social media channels connected to **Biglead CRM**, including **Facebook Fanpages, Zalo Official Accounts (OA), TikTok**, and other integrated platforms.

With this report, managers can:

* Monitor the number of customer conversations over specific time periods.
* Evaluate the performance of each connected Page.
* Compare the performance of multiple Pages.
* Track the number of new and returning customers.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer service activities.

## 2. Accessing the Pages Report

From the left-hand menu, navigate to:

**Reports → Pages Overview Report**

The system will display a dashboard containing statistical data for all Pages connected to Biglead CRM.

## 3. Pages Report Interface

The **Pages Report** consists of three main sections:

* **Data Filters** – Used to filter report data based on specific criteria.
* **Key Performance Metrics** – Displays important statistics and performance indicators.
* **Charts and Detailed Reports** – Provides visual charts and detailed analytical data for easier performance evaluation.

## 4. Data Filters

Before viewing the report, you can filter the data using various criteria.

**Time Range**

The **Time Range** filter allows you to view reports for different periods, including:

* Today
* Yesterday
* Last 7 Days
* Last 30 Days
* This Month
* Last Month
* Or select a **Custom Date Range**.

After changing the time range, all report metrics and charts will be automatically updated to reflect the selected period.

#### Filter by Platform

You can view data for a specific platform, such as:

* Facebook
* Zalo OA
* TikTok
* Or any other platforms connected to Biglead CRM.

This filter allows you to evaluate the performance of each customer communication channel individually, making it easier to compare results across different platforms.

#### Filter by Page Group

If your business manages multiple Facebook Pages, you can filter reports by **Page Group** to view data for a specific group.

Examples include:

* Hanoi Pages
* Ho Chi Minh City Pages
* Dealer Pages
* Branch Pages

Grouping Pages allows managers to evaluate the performance of different regions, teams, or business units more effectively.

#### Filter by Individual Page

You can also select one or multiple specific Facebook Pages to view their performance data.

Examples include:

* Page A
* Page B
* Page C

When only one Page is selected, all report metrics and charts will display data exclusively for that Page.

## 5. Report Metrics

At the top of the report dashboard, you'll find a series of **summary metric cards** that provide a quick overview of your Pages' performance during the selected time period.

These metrics help businesses monitor key performance indicators at a glance and evaluate the overall effectiveness of their customer engagement activities across connected Pages.

#### New Customers (Total)

Displays the total number of **new customers** acquired during the selected reporting period.

These are customers who interacted with your Page for the first time through a message or comment and were automatically recorded in Biglead CRM.

This metric helps businesses measure their ability to attract new customers through marketing and sales activities.

#### Customer Comments (Total)

Displays the total number of comments left by customers on your Page's posts during the selected time period.

This metric allows businesses to evaluate customer engagement with their Facebook content and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns.

#### Messages Sent by Page (Total)

Displays the total number of messages sent from the Page to customers during the selected reporting period.

This includes messages sent manually by team members as well as automated messages sent through Biglead CRM, helping businesses monitor customer service workload and proactive customer engagement.

#### Closed Orders (Total)

Displays the total number of successfully closed orders generated from conversations on the Page during the selected time period.

This metric helps businesses evaluate their conversion performance from customer consultation to completed sales, while also tracking the sales results of individual Pages or marketing campaigns.

## 6. Daily Trend Chart

Below the summary metrics is a **daily trend chart** that visualizes data over time.

The chart uses different colored lines to represent key metrics, including:

* Customers
* New Customers
* Messages
* Comments

When you hover over any data point on the chart, the system displays the detailed statistics for that specific date.

The chart helps businesses:

* Identify periods with increased customer activity.
* Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns over time.
* Compare trends across different days to better understand customer engagement and business performance.

## 7. Report Analysis

The report provides valuable insights that help businesses:

* Evaluate the performance of each Facebook Page.
* Compare performance across different platforms.
* Monitor the number of new customers acquired.
* Measure customer engagement levels.
* Identify peak messaging periods to allocate customer service resources more effectively.
* Assess the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns.

## 8. Practical Example

A business manages:

* 10 Facebook Pages
* 2 Zalo Official Accounts (Zalo OA)
* 1 TikTok Business account

After running a seven-day advertising campaign, the business selects the following filters:

* **Time Range:** Last 7 Days
* **Platform:** Facebook

The report displays:

* Total New Customers
* Total Customers
* Total Messages
* Total Comments
* Daily Growth Trend Chart

The business can then switch to **Zalo OA** or **TikTok Business** to compare performance across different channels and optimize its advertising budget.

## 9. Important Notes

* Only Pages that have been successfully connected to Biglead CRM will have report data available.
* Report data is updated based on the selected time range and applied filters.
* If your business manages multiple Facebook Pages, it is recommended to use **Page Group** or **Individual Page** filters for more detailed analysis.
* Regularly reviewing reports helps identify increases or decreases in customer engagement early, allowing businesses to optimize customer service operations and marketing performance.

## 10. Summary

The **Pages Report** in **Biglead CRM** provides businesses with a comprehensive overview of the performance of their Facebook Pages and other connected social media platforms.

With intuitive reporting metrics and flexible filtering options, businesses can quickly analyze customer growth, message volume, comments, and channel performance. These insights enable better decision-making, improved customer engagement strategies, and more effective business operations.
