# 1. Employees

### Introduction

The **Employees** feature in Biglead CRM enables businesses to manage employee accounts, roles, permissions, and departments within the system. It serves as the central hub for administering all staff members who use Biglead CRM.

With this feature, businesses can:

* Manage the complete employee list.
* Add new employees to the system.
* Assign roles and permissions.
* Manage departments.
* Edit employee information.
* Activate and manage employee accounts.

### 1. Accessing the Employees Module

To access this feature:

1. Log in to your Biglead CRM account.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click **Employees**.
3. The system will display a complete list of all employees currently registered in the system.

### 2. Employees List Interface

When you access the **Employees** module, the system displays a table containing the list of employees.

The table typically includes the following columns:

* CMS ID
* Name
* Email
* Mobile
* Role
* Department
* Actions

At the top of the page, you will also find:

* The total number of employees currently registered in the system.
* An employee search bar.
* The **Add Employee** button.
* Filters and quick management tools.

The displayed employee count allows administrators to quickly monitor the size of their workforce directly from the Employees page.

### 4. Adding a New Employee

To add a new employee to the system:

1. Click the **Add Employee** button in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. The system will display three available methods for adding a new employee.

These options include:

* **Select Existing User**
* **Generate an Invitation Link to Join the Shop**
* **Create an Employee Account**

### 4.1. Add an Existing User

This option allows you to add an existing user from the system to the current Shop.

#### Steps:

1. Select **Existing User**.
2. Search for the user you want to add.
3. Assign the following:
   * **Department**
   * **Role**
4. Click **Save** to add the employee.

This method is ideal when:

* Your organization already has employee records in the system.
* You want to reuse an existing user account.
* You manage multiple systems or Shops using the same employee accounts.

### 4.2. Generate an Invitation Link for Employees to Join the Shop

This option allows you to generate an invitation link that can be sent to employees, enabling them to join the Shop.

#### Steps:

1. Select **Generate an Invitation Link to Join the Shop**.
2. Specify the following:
   * **Department**
   * **Role**
3. Click **Generate Link**.
4. The system will generate an invitation link.
5. Send the link to your employees so they can join the system on their own.

This method is ideal when:

* Your business needs a fast and efficient onboarding process.
* Employees can enter their own information.
* You need to onboard and manage multiple employees at the same time.

### 4.3. Create an Employee Account

In addition to generating an invitation link, you can also create an employee account by entering the employee's information directly.

#### Required Information

When creating a new employee account, you will need to provide the following details:

* Username
* Password
* Full Name
* Mobile Number
* Department
* Role

After completing all required fields:

1. Review the information to ensure it is accurate.
2. Click **Create**.
3. The system will create the employee account.

### 5. View, Edit, and Delete Employees

In the **Employees** list, the **Actions** column provides a set of management options for each employee.

Administrators can:

* View employee details.
* Edit employee information.
* Delete an employee from the system.
* Update the employee's role.
* Change the employee's department.

### 6. Summary
