Businesses can create additional custom fields, including:

* **Budget**

* **Contract Signing Date**
* **Customer Type**

### 5. Using Dynamic Fields in CRM

Once a dynamic field has been created, it will automatically appear in the following areas of the CRM:

* **Customer Profile**
* **CRM Information Form**
* **Customer Details**

Users can then use these custom fields to:

* **Capture additional customer information** relevant to their business.
* **Classify customers more precisely** using customized data.
* **Search for and filter customer records more efficiently** based on the information stored in the dynamic fields.

By extending the standard customer profile with custom fields, businesses can tailor the CRM to their unique processes and gain deeper insights into their customer data.
